This agreement is made between AusPac Transport and Sub-Contractor: Party Named In The Schedule 1 As Subcontractor.

The recipient and the supplier agree as follows:

The recipient can issue tax invoices in respect of the supplies made by the Supplier to the Recipient. The Supplier will not issue tax invoices in respect of the supplies made by the Supplier to the Recipient.

The Supplier acknowledges that it has a valid active ABN and is registered for GST when it enters into the agreement and that it will notify the Recipient if it ceases to be registered. The Recipient acknowledges that it has a valid active ABN and is registered for GST when it enters into the agreement and that it will notify the Supplier if it ceases to be registered or if it ceases to satisfy any of the requirements of the determination.

The Recipient will not issue a document that would otherwise be an RCTI on or after the date when the Recipient or the Supplier has failed to comply with any of the requirements of the determination.

The Supplier agrees to general terms of trade and engagement as per copy provided and briefed.
